Aiming to boost your strength and endurance?  Our trainers create challenging circuit routines that combine both cardio and weight training to improve your power, agility, and conditioning. You’ll use your body weight, hand-held weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to perform a variety of exercises that work multiple muscle groups. Our experts will individualize the circuit to best suit your ability AND to ensure that you are on a path to a stronger body.  The class circuit sessions are never the same twice, keeping it exciting and fun!
