An Illustrious Coaching Career
With her extensive expertise and passion for athletics, Cassandra Cunningham founded P3PE School of Physical Education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At P3PE, she established and continues to promote her “Three P’s” philosophy — Prior Proper Planning — which emphasizes organization, professionalism, and communication. This guiding principle likely shapes every aspect of her work, providing athletes with a structured, high-quality learning environment that fosters both athletic and personal growth.
The “Three P’s” philosophy at P3PE — Prior Proper Planning — serves as a foundation for preventing “Poor Performance,” embodying the idea that thoughtful preparation is essential for success.
