Mon/ Wed: 4:00–5:30 PM
Sat: 10:30–12:30 AM
*Friday 4:00-5:30 PM (for make-up and bonus sessions)
Enrollment Options:
Option I: 19 sessions - $1400 (13 Mon/ Wed sessions, 5 Sat sessions)
Option II: 13 sessions - $900 (Mon/ Wed sessions + 6 Friday bonus sessions)
Option III: 6 sessions - $600 (Saturday Sessions)

Our youth training program is built for high school and college athletes who want to have fun, stay injury-free, and build consistency. This program includes band work, mobility exercises, drill work on the erg, and training workouts to improve your overall fitness.
