Indoor rowing offers a full-body workout that’s low-impact and joint-friendly. You'll engage key muscle groups in your arms, legs, and core while improving cardiovascular endurance.
Proper technique is essential to getting the most out of your rowing sessions. Our experienced instructors will teach you the correct rowing form, helping you avoid injury and maximize your fitness results. You’ll also learn how to use the damper settings to control the resistance.
We use Concept 2 Indoor Rowers, known for their quality and performance. Classes include a variety of workouts, such as short, high-intensity intervals and longer, steady-state sessions. For added variety, we also offer the Concept 2 BikeErg, a low-impact stationary bike that complements your rowing training by improving conditioning and strength.
Each class includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down, as well as dedicated time for skill development. This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced participants.
