Designed to build stamina and improve cardiovascular fitness, our Endurance Indoor Rowing Series focuses on longer, steady-state rowing sessions. These workouts enhance overall endurance while engaging major muscle groups in your legs, core, and arms.
Our instructors will guide you through steady-state rowing, helping you maintain proper form throughout extended sessions to ensure effective, injury-free training. You'll use Concept 2 Indoor Rowers, known for their reliability and performance while working at a consistent pace to improve your aerobic capacity.
In addition to rowing, the series incorporates endurance training on the Concept 2 BikeErg, offering a low-impact option to build strength and conditioning.
Each session includes a warm-up, extended rowing workout, and a cool down, with instruction focused on pacing, breathing, and technique. This series is ideal for intermediate to advanced participants looking to improve endurance and overall fitness.
