Our instructors provide live guidance through Zoom, ensuring you maintain proper form for effective and safe training throughout each extended session. You’ll row on a Concept 2 Indoor Rower, known for its performance and reliability, at a steady pace to build aerobic capacity.
For added variety, you can incorporate endurance training on a Concept 2 BikeErg if available, providing a low-impact option to build strength and conditioning alongside rowing.
Each virtual session includes a warm-up, extended rowing workout, and cool down, with focused instruction on pacing, breathing, and technique. This series is ideal for intermediate to advanced participants aiming to enhance endurance and overall fitness from home.
